From Recordings to Relationships: Untold Stories of Grace

I take care of the social media at our church, and one of my roles is to upload our sermons and other messages to our podcast feed. We were posting on YouTube before we started uploading to Apple Podcasts and Spotify — and it looks like our first video was posted in 2013!

That date can be deceiving. Before we were posting videos, we were recording on VHS and cassette tape. Serving in these areas as a youth was actually my introduction to audio/visual ministry. And we were a church even before that, with only photos as proof.

The story of our church is more than recorded messages — it’s the relationships that give it meaning. It’s the people in the pews. It’s the lives we share. I’m grateful that I get to serve by preserving our sermons, but I can’t wait to hear all the untold stories of grace from our church — God’s people — when the generations finally gather in glory.
