For leaders only. When enrolling your child, you will need to submit 1 form per child.

When registering you agree to the following:

Parents MUST attend the Parent Meeting to be eligible for registration.
Enrollment in AWANA is limited based on volunteer availability. Submitting a registration does not guarantee a spot in the program, but the child will be placed on the waitlist. In the event your child is unable to join this year, all fees will be refunded.
If a child is removed due to failure to maintain attendance, no refunds will be issued.
