Awana Waitlist

Please fill out the form per child you would like to be on our waitlist. You will be notified if you can enroll your child in the program.

When registering on waitlist, you agree to the following: 

• Parents MUST attend the Parent Meeting to be eligible for enrollment. Failure to attend may result in disenrollment.

  • There will be another meeting on Sunday, July 26th at 8:00 PM over Microsoft Teams:

  • This is the FINAL opportunity to attend the Parent Meeting. Attendance at the Parent Meeting is required for enrollment, and failure to attend may result in disenrollment from the program.

• Space in AWANA is limited to ensure adequate volunteer support for all children.

• All information in the registration is correct (including grade level).

• Failure to maintain attendance may result in removal from enrollment.

• No refunds will be issued.

• 這是參加家長會的最後機會。參加家長會是註冊的必要條件，未能出席可能會導致您的孩子被取消註冊下年度  Awana 的資格。

• 為了確保所有孩子都能得到足夠的照顧，Awana 的名額將有限制。

• 報名表上的所有資料（包括就讀年級）皆為正確。

• 未能維持固定出席的孩子可能會被要求退出。

• 不會退款。
